Question: hi soon after sperm out , my urine becomes more punjent smell ,frequent urination and cloudy ..need to pressure to urinate combined with motion problem too. And to recover from this , i should not be sexually active for next two months. May know why this happens . it re-ocurring for me last two years. it lead to fever if sperm out for continous four days with mild UTI in report. Doctors given antibiotic for bacterial infection of heavy dose . then it gets normal. is there permanent cure. blood counts are good .esh is bit high as 12mm/hr. is that a gonorrhea which caused bacterial infection. While passing urine ,not fully the urine is out.in ultrasound scan , identified postvoid residue 65cc,prevoid 210cc.

1st query -

I had unprotected only one night last sex with my girl friend before marriage. I found she had sex relationship with more people . Her skin around vagina was totally spoiled in black colour which was very ugly .that girl said she have no hiv.but I don't know about STD or VD of her. After that I had no sex with anybody except my wife .So it also any thing related to sexual disease ?

2nd query -

I also have nerve weakness due to frequent masturbations. An urology doctor said , my problem related is brain signal to urine tract was poor that's why all these symptoms are. He checked uroflowmeter test report , it have huge bad result he said. He recommended me to do CMG/EMG based on that some laser surgery he said for cutting some urinary walls by doing this sperm count will reduce he added. I assume his understanding is wrong . Pl confirm

He also inserted huge tube in my pennis & confirmed no blockage in track.

I have now my urine test n culture report right now .. All are showing good result except mild blood in urine microscopic test. And in ultrasonic test , all my kidney liver are normal size, except post residue is identified after urination.

3rd query -

In normal lab, following test not been taken "Swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostate massage " . Pl advise where I need to look out for before consulting urologist.

I have updated one information wrongly sir. Whenever I delayed in minutes to go bathroom, I need to concentrate to flush out urine . In completion only am on pressuring to complete my urination because even though some urine still left to flush out , my pennis stopping the urine. Once again I need to concentrate to flush out urine. Even Finally , there will be some incompletion of urine .which doctor observed in ultrasound as post residue found in ultrasonic test. In uroflowmeter test also , flow time was high & gap time during flow also high. Urology doctor said , signal between brain nerves and pennis were weak. Two years before I fell down in water falls rock , my back of head got hit . No blood but little bulge. During the hit time total body nerves got severe collapse which i felt during that incident for two minutes. tested mri that time found no issue . Can u suggest for neurologist, to improve this nerve weakness/disorder to avoid unnecessary laser surgery in pennis which is suggested by urology doctor. Am trying for pregnancy so don't want reduction in sperm count after laser surgery . Pl advise
