Brief Answer:
Need some further details regarding..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , Welcome back to HCM..

I've gone through your previous queries and as it seems, the last one was in Late September'15 and it was regarding your wife's pre-diabetes status(But here it's mentioned that you're diagnosed with pre-diabetes), can you clarify this ?

Please let me know your height also, so that I can give you an idea regarding your present BMI compared to earlier..

Regardless of these, you'll be happy to know that both the FBS and PPBS done now is within normal range only, so no need to worry, however as already mentioned , lifestyle modification and dietary control must continue as you've other risk factors which can pre-dispose to diabetes later on..

I'd also like to know if you've done any other investigation along with and how were the results..have you done your HBA1C yet as already advised ?

Let me know if you're having any further doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Hi Doctor

This was again the query from my wife only.
Thank you for going through the query and history, can you please advise further on if any medication has to be taken.

The last thing would be on the diet, would highly appreciate if you can help to advise on the healthy diet chart for her so the fear of pre-diabetes is by far and we can stay tension free.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
provide details as already asked..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back..

Thanks for following up..

Now can you please provide details as I've already asked so that I can guide you accordingly..(kindly go back and go through my entire reply and you'll find them , not to hurry, take your time and provide them accurately)..

Now dear , why do you need medication for something which is not at all diseased ?? or do you mean medication for some other health issues ?

As far as the diet chart is concerned, try to find out if it's included in your corporate package and request for the same and you'll receive a complete diet chart prepared by the dietitian (do mention the exact height , weight , daily activity level, higher predisposition and positive family history of diabetes)

No one can live in fear, and it's not at all advisable also, so stop worrying and do all these necessary things.. remember that prevention is always better than cure and the first step for that is implementation of necessary actions in day to day life rather than worrying..

Stop worrying, relax, be happy, both of you're fine..feel free to discuss if anything's not clear, I'll be glad to guide..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , Welcome back..

Glad to know that my advice has relieved you to some extent..yes don't worry so much..

However, for future well being I'd advice to always maintain a healthy lifestyle and a comprehensive diet plan as I've already mentioned (remember to keep all those points included)..

Even though there's no urgent need for any investigations, still it's strongly suggested that both of you should get a general physical examination along with preventive health check-ups on every yearly basis (one a year check-up is recommended for all of us to remain healthy and sound and is also covered by almost all the corporates)..

Take Care
