Question: I have a long back neck pain(cervical area) and upper back muscle pain that is causing fatigue and back and shoulder muscle stiffness. I am not able to sit on office chair for long duration.
Please suggest.

For this, you have to make the following Life Style Modifications and few specific manoeuvres

(I) Life Style Modifications
______________________
1) Continue normal activities
2) Avoid absence from work
3) Avoid Cervical Collar
4) Correct Wrong Posture
5) Increase the height of the Computer Monitor so that you need not bend your neck forward
6) Avoid Bending Forward as much as possible
7) Avoid Driving two wheelers
8) Place a Pillow under the Shoulder, Avoid Pillow over Head, Let the head hang down and lie in this position for 45 minutes after coming home
9) Use Ergonomically designed Tables, Chairs, Equipments
