Question: I suffer from many symptoms of menopause
Weight gain, belly fat, irritability, fatique, restlessness, interupted sleep. I generally feel blah.
What HRT would you advise ?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
These are common symptoms of menopause and I usually prescribe tibolone tablet daily for 3-6 months and is a very good treatment which is easily tolerated too.
Also avoid excess of coffee or tea and avoid hot and humid climates.
Take good amount of milk, soya proteins and walnuts daily.
