Question: Sunday -very sore big toe all night- (gout??- never had before) took Naprosyn & panadol forte. Monday - tingling in feet and legs - cold sweat in lower legs with only sheet cover ?? I am 71yo 80kg 175cm and quite fit for my age. Reasonably healthy eater and No known difference in food or action for the above symtoms

It sounds like you might have had an attack of gout. this usually starts with a very painful big toe.

The anti-inflammatory medication that you took probably help alleviate some of the symptoms. You might benefit from some stronger anti-inflammatory medication that can be provided by your doctor.

I think it would be reasonable for you to visit with your doctor for a good physical examination and also to design a therapeutic plan to help you feel better.

regarding the tingling this is somewhat unusual which is why I think you should see your doctor to make sure this is not representative of some other problem.
