Brief Answer:
Rule out hypertension and other heart diseases.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In my opinion, we should definitely rule out heart diseases and hypertension in your case.
So consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg and 2d echo.
If blood pressure reading is high then you will need antihypertensive drugs.
If all the above reports are normal then get done thyroid function test (TFT), complete blood count (CBC) to rule out hypothyroidism and anemia because they can also cause similar symptoms.
Please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone these blood reports?
2. Have you ever checked for hypertension and heart diseases?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Dr.
I submitted a list of all medications, one of which is Lisinopril 20 MG one a day. Another drug l take that lists dizziness as a possible effect is Wellbutrin 300 Mg one a day. I monitor my blood pressure, my current reading was 128/67. In the past it was higher, I was caretaker for 2 but now for 1 person, the stress level has been relieved.
My TFT and CBC are always within normal standards. My Dr. Has not ordered either ecg or 2d echo tests.

Brief Answer:
Sorry to say but there is no attachment of drugs

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Sorry to say but there is no attachment regarding drugs you are taking.
Your blood pressure reading is normal.
So no need to worry for hypertension as a cause.
Get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both these are normal then get done MRI brain to rule out brain pathology for dizziness.
If MRI is also normal then dizziness is mostly due to welburtin (bupropion - antidepressant) or due to underlying psychiatric illness.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
