Question: Hi, I asked a detailed question following my experience 2 nights ago and the first answer has me about to discontinue service as did not answer my emergency situation. Anyway, currently coming down from meth, after 5 years of destroying everything, I have one year left to get back to becoming being a person driven without fear of failure and intelligence, perseption of peoples needs and failure as never an option have had an extrordinary life. But I shouldnt have survived wha Ive been inflicting on myself which is no will to live and going into Cambodia and thailand to wipe myself out and just let predators do me over very badly. 5 occasions tortured, extorted, drugged, mafia who I took onoh could go on and on. wlthough starting heroin at 20 Ive never let it stop my career and life goals. but slowly it catches up and I have a year left to come back from sheer hell. But I have been doing some studies to find out personal psycology, trained as a life coach, currently taken on major world mentors and developed a business model that from 18 years of becoming the most respected tourism achiever in wustralia believe I have developed a new methodology to change the face of tourism in australia and then who knows. but I need to go abroad to bring in ppl I need as I am feared so much by the major players in Wustttralia .But my addictions aare significantly pulling me backwards and my body is now falling apart not that it has not already been destroyed by a placebo drug trial with telepafar that fried my body and started the world im in today. I know realise but dont know how to deal with the situation, am lonely as have lostt everyone and have no one

Brief Answer:
Polydrug abuse

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

You have polydrug abuse (methamphetamine, heroin etc ) for a long period what I understand.
Detoxification in such cases may be difficult when several drugs with different pharmacologic actions have been abused.

Outpatient detoxification of polydrug abuse patients is unlikely to be effective and you need short of period of hospitalization for that.

You are already under various drugs including opiod derivatives(tramadolol), benzodiazepines (clonazepam, valuim etc) but it seems you had periods of relapse .
You can be cured in a de-addiction center as in-patient where you will not have any access to these addicting substances,if you are serious to overcome your addiction issues.
So my advice is you should approach an addiction medicine specialist who specializes in substance abuse. He can treat you , counsel you, admit you in the hospital. THer are allied specialties which can also assist you within one year to back to normalcy.
