Question: my husband is a bipolar alcoholic and is showing sings of alcoholic poisoning, but will not respond to symtoms and has brown urin, what should I do

he had last drink about 6 pm he will wake in the middle of the night and drink, in the morning he will have a half cup of coffee and then a drink, oh he drinks vodka and Kool-Aid he also has used crack and other drugs in the past, he started at a young age I am concerned he has no desire to function in the real world except for work and is now pushing the limits there, I want to call 911 but he will resist and then get mad , his eyes were dilated and red, and he takes his meds with a drink. I am scared for him. WE live in a valley on a mountain surrounded by mountains 50 miles from anywhere we have a clinic, his doc, name is Amaskito, check him once a year for med renewal no blood work in over 11 years that I know of.
