Brief Answer:
Visit a psychiatrist for help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I can understand your concern. Yes a lot of individuals suffer from Adult ADD. ADD can persist beyond childhood and manifest in adulthood. Poor focus, inability to sustain attention, inability to finish tasks etc are important symptoms.

For treatment your first focus should be consulting a psychiatrist. Get yourself evaluated and once the diagnosis of Adult ADD is made then treatment can be started. Adderall or Ritalin both can help to treat the symptoms.

Some other psychiatric disorders like Depressive disorders, Anxiety NOS should be ruled out before making the diagnosis of Adult ADD. This is the reason a psychiatric consultation is advised.

With treatment the symptoms will improve and focus will be sustained.

Thanks. Take care
