Brief Answer:
Possibly due to acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

It's unlikely there could be any pancreatic tumor as the CT Scan is normal and so would have been the intra operative findings at time of bile duct repair.

Going by description of your symptoms of pain occurring 20 minutes after food possibility of Acid peptic disease needs to be considered. I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of water

2. Avoid carbonated / alcohol / caffeinated beverage

3. Consume meals regularly

4. Trial of acid suppressant like Pantoprozole will be helpful

If the pain persist then do consult your Gastroenterolgist for further assessment by Gastroscopy.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
