I need to ask some more questions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to the HealthcareMagic,
Dear if I am correct ,do you want to ask about facial palsy.Well if yes then I need complete history first like when and how these symptoms happened. Is she having other chronic disease for example.. hypertension or diabetes.Since when she is taking dexamethasone?
I will be happy to help if I could know the complete history.

Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy and some face exercises might help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thankyou for sharing.
Dear all these symptoms and signs can happen when facial nerve is effected .But I have seen many patients who have been cured completly after regular face exercises and regular followup of physiotherapy.

A physiotherapist may give galvanic current or faradic current after close evaluation of face muscles.

I would also like to tell some exercises which help in stregnthing the effected face muscles and facial nerve supply.

1.Take one glass of water and one straw..Sip in and blow out. Do it repeatedly when ever in leisure time.
2.Stand infront of mirror and practice smile with holding effected side of lip.Do it repeatedly .
3.Frown again and again .

With close monitering by nearby physician and Physiotherapist she can overcome this problem.

Best of Health.
Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
