Brief Answer:
Maybe be ligament rupture

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It seems like a sprain or even ligament rupture or damage. It will get better in 3 weeks.

Till then you will need to rest this foot completely. Put on a brace all the time to give it adequate rest.
The swelling will also decrease with time. Do not massage the area. Can apply cold compresses.
For pain you can try ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day or when needed. If the pain is really bad, then you can go for diclofenac (voveran) tablets on as needed basis.
An Xray can be done to rule out fracture. For this you can visit an orthopedic surgeon.

This foot should be not moved for 3 weeks. After that the foot should be slowly moved two or three times a day until you feel comfortable.

Hope it helps.
