Question: I think i had a pimple on my chin but now it seems very swollen my whole chin area is swollen and its hard and painful ??

This seems like spreading infection / cellulitis to me. It needs to be evaluated and treated at the earliest. I will recommend you visit an urgent care clinic or the ER. You should be started on antibiotics (Pencillin drugs) at the earliest.
