Brief Answer:
They might be reactive lymph nodes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for posting your query at HealthcareMagic!

I had gone through your query and the picture you have attached.
From the picture ,I can notice these swollen lymph nodes in your inguinal area.

The inguinal (groin) lymph nodes filter lymphatic fluid that drains feet ,genitals ,groin ,legs.
Conditions that affect these structures can cause swollen lymph nodes in inguinal are.
Injuries (even minor ones) ,infections are most common causes for swollen groin lymph nodes.
In theses cases inguinal lymph nodes will return in their normal size after 1-2 weeks (after the injury or infection is resolved).

Physical examination (the size, consistency , sensitivity of the lymph nodes) and associative symptoms are very important for the diagnosis.
So ,if you have any symptom of infection (injuries in feet, legs, vaginal discharge ,painful intercourse etc) or symptoms such as weight loss, fever ,night sweat , then you should consult a physician and get examined.

Otherwise ,if despite these swollen lymph nodes you are feeling well and don't have other symptoms ,you can wait up to 2 weeks to see if the lymph nodes will return in normal size.
If during this time the size of these lymph nodes will increase or if they are still swollen after 2 weeks ,then you should consult a physician and get examined.

If you don't have other symptoms apart swollen lymph nodes ,you don't need to worry right now. They might be just reactive lymph nodes that will go away up to 1-2 weeks.Just need to wait and see their progression.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
