Brief Answer:
These symptoms indicate infection of the eye.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having pain, swelling and discharge from the eye. These symptoms indicate infection of the eye in the form of conjunctivitis.

This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs.
I prefer to use broad spectrum antibiotic eye drops like moxifloxacin. You need to take analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs like diclofenac for pain relief.

The condition usually takes 5-7 days to heal.
If possible do send me a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you more accurately.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
