Question: the roof of my mouth is swollen and tender on my left side, my left ear hurts and my left eye is burning do I have a sinus infection?

Based on the symptoms you have described this does sound suspicious for a possible sinus infection.

Most sinus infections are caused by viruses. For this reason I would recommend that you focus on maintaining good hydration. You can use some over-the-counter decongestants which might help some of your symptoms.

if your symptoms persist beyond the next four or five days or if you developed fevers or chills and your doctor might consider starting you on an antibiotic. As mentioned above however since most of these are caused by viruses your immune system should be able to gradually help you clear the symptoms.
