Question: I m having swelling on penis with foul smelling discharge and small ulcer on tip of penis i have been using nacl wash nd using antifungal cream sti the condition is not improving wjat to do

According to your complaints it could be sexually transmitted infection.
I would recommend you to take antibiotic like tablet cefixime 400 mg single dose and tablet metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily from 5 days.
Also apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream on the ulcer twice during.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I would recommend you to go for VDRL test and gram stain of the discharge.
If possible upload the pictures of the ulcer so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Mam i havnt had sexual cntct to any one else part my wife nd we had dne our test recently and one mnth bk only my wife had concieved nd i wanted to knw hw to knw if it is fungal or bacterial ders one ulcer on tip nd two three ulcer at base of glans
The discharge is nt frm the penis its like around the skin whitish deposit with foul smel dis started two weeks bk only intially i wasnt able to retrct the foreskin oz of swellin once iused clobetasol cream i was able to retrct the skin
