Brief Answer:
there is no medical treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I am very sorry to say that there is no medical treatment and surgery is the only option.

Please dont be afraid of the surgery as pleomorphic adenomas are benign and can be easily excised without causing damage to the surrounding structures.

Please discuss this with your doctor , he will guide you further.

Please do not try any other form of treatment like ayurveda.homeopathy as they are not going to work and will only UN-necessarily delay the treatment.

Thanks and take care!

Brief Answer:
there is no proven reason

Detailed Answer:
Hello

There is no scientific proven reason as to why it develops, although there are a few studies saying that the growth may be due to genetic reasons.

Sinus will not have an effect on the tumor and it is unrelated to your sinus issues.

Please dont be afraid , it is very safe to get it operated and has very minimal complications.

Take care
