Brief Answer:
NSAIDS painkillers with serratiopeptidase

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Pain and swelling in lips is often due to parched lips, nutritional deficiencies, or allergic reactions.
2. You seem to have taken antibiotics for it also.
3. I would require details about it like
A. Since how many days you have it?
B. How did it start?
C. What treatment you have taken?
D. If possible, send a clear image.

At present you can try
1. B- complex vitamin supplements twice daily.
2. You can take non-steroidal analgesic with serratiopeptidase to reduce pain and swelling.
3. Also take plenty of water.
4. If there is no ulceration, you can apply an anasthetic gel.
5. Also you can try ice packs to reduce swelling.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Take care.
Dr. Prakash HM.
