Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
There are several causes for swelling of the lower limbs.
If it forms a dimple when you press on it for sometime, it means there is accumulation of fluids below the skin. This requires to be investigated as it can be caused by liver, kidney or heart disease or as side effect of certain medicines like blood pressure medicines.
So please provide me your health details and I shall help you get to the cause and then the treatment would be more effective.
Salt and fluid restriction with or without diuretic ( water pills) would help reduce the swelling.
Do get back to me with the details.
