Question: I Recently Saw A Swelling In My Veins after working out.what causes this and how do I get rid of it?

Okay.
You might have sprained or burst a vein while lifting a weight.
Wrap a wet towel or bandage tight around it for an hour.
Then take it off and apply some ice.
If the swelling still increases, you may need to go the ER.
But I do not think that will happen.
