Please have echocardiogram repeated to make sure that current problem is not because of LV Dysfunction or pulmonary hypertension. If both are not there and echocardiogram is normal than you would need change of medicines preferably to ARBs and also addition of diuretics. If echo shows any of the above abnormality than there is need for changing medicines as per findings
