From the picture you have uploaded, it is likely that you have developed an infection or severe tissue reaction to the injection. Do you have fever or severe pain and tenderness on touching the area?
I think you should see a doctor and have it examined. You may require antibiotics and if it has developed an abscess, the doctor would advise that it be drained.
