Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Soreness In Thigh After Injury

Question: I have a quad that I over worked mowing grass....soreness started a week or so ago, a few days ago the soreness moved from the outside of my quad to the middle, now it's on the inside....also yesterday my leg from ankle to hip became swollen.....elevation helped it start going down in about 20 minutes but it's not completely gone...I've never had a muscle soreness that moved like this....your advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you have a pulled muscle injury in thigh. This is due to over work. Swelling is also due to this. I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1. Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet Brufen twice daily.
3.Take calcium and vitamin D to improve your muscle strength. Also whenever you are doing hard work drink plenty of fluid with salt . Salt will prevent soreness of muscle.
