Brief Answer:
May use a moderately potent topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone throguh your query and I have understood it.

Actinic keratosis on sun damaged skin become eroded and crust over upon topical application of Aldara Or imiquimod 5%. This is an expected reaction.

You may use either a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream twice daily for a week and this should make it fine.

Regards
