I have gone through the picture you sent. Although the data you provided were just a few, from what I've seen these are striae rubra or red stretch marks.

If not, then, if it is worrisome to you from the cosmetic point of view, then, start retinoid cream locally together with moisturizer treatment for at least 4weeks.
After that, can resend photo to me to see the changes.
Otherwise, can consult with dermatologist further
