Question: hi I got something underneath my tongue like spot it is nearly 5 years old and now Is making head white collar I'm really scared plz help

I'm living in uk and here you have to wait for your appointment I mean is waiting list here I don't know when is gonna be my appointment month or after 2 month is there you know anything I do and the give appointment before
