Brief Answer:
Lanzol Junior should help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It is possible that your child has gastritis. It can often be associated with fever or its medications. You need to give her Lanzol Junior (lansoprazole) once daily before breakfast for the next few days. I hope that the problem should resolve. If it still persists, it would be a good idea to get her evaluated by her doctor.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
