Question: My2 4 year old daughter had stomach pains in night and now is so lethargic or tired she can barely stand. she has celiac disease ,hashimotos and an eating disorder . She has a demeaning job in New York

2 CMP
3 TSH
4 Free T4
5 8 am serum Cortisol
6 25 hydroxy vitamin D
If any of these show abnormal results they can be pursued to understand potential causes of fatigue in her.
For example, her thyroid could be off or calcium could be low (due to celiac disease)
Treating the root cause should help her feel better
