Brief Answer:
Fibre supplement

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the details you have provided

Are your symptoms longstanding?
Do you have any blood in your stools?
Have you lost weight recently ?
Is your appetite normal?
I would suggest a stool microscopic examination in case you haven't got one

In case you have any of the above symptoms or if the stool exam is abnormal then you need to be evaluated further for the cause of altered bowels

If you don't have any of the above symptoms I would suggest eating fibre supplements and a short course of antibiotics like Rifaximin, you will need to visit your doctor to get a prescription

Hope this helps
