Brief Answer:
This symptoms are very nonspecific.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Both mentioned by you symptoms are very nonspecific. Stomach pain can be caused by functional spasm (no visible disease, just muscles spasm) related to stress, peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation, H.Pylori infection or even (in rare cases) stomach cancer.

Sweating can be caused by thyroid issues, infection, hormonal changes or even a lymphoma or another cancer. As you can see this symptoms does not lead to single diagnosis. That is why I suggest you to have some tests done.
Please start with abdominal ultrasound and blood work. If you do smoke, chest x-ray (or better CT) is a good idea. Mammography to rule out breast cancer and gynecologist consult to rule out uterine cancer are advisable as well.

If nothing will be found in abdominal ultrasound, gastroscopy should be done. If you have any stool problems like diarrhea, constipation, blood in stool, mucus in stool, please consider colonoscopy.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
