Question: I've been having suvear stomach cramps and stabbing pains and discomfort under my left ribs a lot of dizzy spells what could this mean

thanks for the answer and my partner and I are trying to conceive I don't know if that has any thing to do with it

Most probably there is no any relation between them. Your conceiving problem may be due to some other factors.
However there is a chance that you may have ovarian or utrine pathology, that leads to both abdominal cramps and conceiving problem. So its better that you should go for ultrasound abdomen. It will clear all doubts.
