Brief Answer:
Gallstones are possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Where is the pain exactly located? Is it upper right abdomen.

Abdominal pain and back pain can be caused by gallstones or urinary tract infection.
Gallstones give upper right or middle abdominal pain and back pain. Nausea can be present. The pain gets worse after food intake.

Urinary tract issues give also frequent urinating. Fever can be present.

I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound and blood work, urine analysis.

Your sumptoms do not seem to be related to the surgery.

Hope this will help.
Regards.

Thanks for the answer. I have had my gallbladder removed, appendix removed, ovaries, womb, tubes removed, had surgery in 2010 for stomach fistula. The pain is on the upper to middle part of my stomach on the left side around the navel mostly. Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Than urinary tract infection should be ruled out. If you feel any bloating, gas obstruction, cramping, adhesions and bowels ovstruction can be the reason. But this usually does not give back pain.
Start with mentioned above tests.
