Brief Answer:
You are likely to be having osteoarthritis.,

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having osteoarthritis of both hips and knees as it is common in your age. It is confirmed by x rays of both hips and knees.Glucosamine is helpful. Physiotherapy is helpful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can also get vitamin D test as its deficiency is common and contribute to musculoskeletal pains. If found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
