Question: Hi I have had a stabbing pain on the right hand side of my back in the middle for a week now getting worse I have had a Kenalog injection for pain it started. After that am really hot as well

Th pain on the side of the back that aggravates with change in posture is likely to be a muscular pain. It can happen due to a muscle spasm or a jerk causing small tear.
It is best to do a hot compress in the area, apply a local analgesic gel and get an oral muscle relaxant prescribed from your physician for relief. Avoid all painful activities till then.
