Suggest Treatment For Spots On Face In A Child

Question: My 6 year old has developed small spots on his face , he has about 10 they look like pimples some are under the surface and colourless and some are red with awhite tip. he also has three moles that have appeared in the last year.
Is this diet>

I have uploaded pictures they aren't very good but you can see the darker spots appearing - they look like dark freckles they are not raised.
The red spots are more random and my little boy says they itch although he isn't itching constantly.
They are mainly on the cheek and jaw area and he doesn't have any elsewhere. But earlier in the year he had a very bad fungicidal infection in his toes and had antibiotics to clear it up.

With these spots being mainly on the exposed areas of the face, ther are hugher chances that this is related to an allrgy. I will suggest that you monitor only and expect spontaneous resolution of these symptoms. There is no need to take any special treatment options except something else comes up. These spots should normally regress and disappear within 7-10days.
