Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it can be a muscle spasms which might have been troubling you this much however vascular causes need to be ruled out. An Ultrasound doppler of the right venous and arterial system is better to rule out any such cause. If normal, you can start muscle relaxants like orphenidrine or tizanidine and local massage with capsaicin gel. Till then you can continue OTC analgesics like acetaminophen.

If pain is that severe you may need powerful analgesics like tramadol with NSAIDs with stomach protection with antacids for few days. Try to get an appointment with a physiotherapist as physiotherapy can show promising results in your case.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
