Suggest Treatment For Spontaneous Bruise While Undergoing Aspirin Therapy

Question: I had a large bruise on top of my left foot about 6 weeks ago....no trauma involved it just appeared..resolved after a week or so....it redeveloped in same area 9 days ago...yesterday a portion deepened in color although I spent entire day indoors and barefoot. ...I'm 60 female typically take 360 milligram aspirin every day..10 milligrams of limit or and 6.25 milligrams of core daily
...yesterday I refrained from taking the aspirin...had physical in April blood work was normal...any thoughts?

Spontaneous bruise is commonly seen in those who are on aspirin therapy.
This might be the most probable cause in your case. I
It is better to get investigated once again.
Get the following tests done.
1. CBC
2. BLeeding time
3. Clotting time
4. Peripheral blood smear to rule out atypical cells.
If these tests turn out to be normal and even then you have bruise, discuss with your doctor regarding reduction in dose of aspirin.
300 mg is a very high dose.
Let me know the results.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in ruling out other conditions.
