Suggest Treatment For Spondylosis/osteoarthritis And Scoliosis

Question: Good morning helpful doctors.i XXXXXXX suffer from spondylosis/osteoarthritis and scoliosis and I am going to be having nerve blocking/antinflamitry needles in my l4/l5 area and I am very worried that it wont work as I am also suffering from many other jiont pains that govern my life every day.i also suffer major spasams in t section and my t section, espeacily around my t 3 4 5 6 areas.i also suffer greatly in my c5&6 area & have unimaginable pain shoot up my neck with burning sensations inside my head which also as I write this there is constant harse dulling pain in c1 & c2 areas.my right leg approxamently 4/5ths of an inch shorter than my left side from a few clean breaks in my tib & fib & my tib is approxamently ten degrees out of alinement.everyday is like I'm living a journey of fn hell.i also suffer painbehind my eyes on & off throughout the day every day.after I have the needles inl4/5 which I've been told is not guaranteed to be 100% sucsessful & was wondering what I should do next, remembering that every day my rib cage feels squashed/compressed on & off every day.i am on the disability support pension & I am very depressed & also suffer from anxiety.i don't trust any human 100% & was wondering what I should ask my treating doctor to do next.i am very sick of not being listened to properly through out my time of agony & I am only starting to be heard because of a ct I demanded from c1 all the way down to s1.i currently live in XXXXXXX & I'm wondering what you doctors think I should next.i do not enjoy waking up & a large amount of my days I truely wish that I would just drop "dead".so yet again, what do you think I should do next.please give me an answer that will give me something to look forward to as everyday I'm total dispair."help".yours XXXXXXX

I can understand the plight you are going through. Read the whole elucidate history and findings you have provided.

MRI Should have been done in spite of CT scan as MRI only can diagnose any specific problem of the spinal cord, which might have been the root cause of your pain and disability...
I hope you have already taken an opinion of a neurologist and must have tried many medicines; can you please tell us which ones.

There is a possibility of a good result even with the alternative treatment like acupressure or acupuncture.

Go for the planned injection with faith and hope. Might at least help a some area.
