Brief Answer:
Clearly your blood sugar levels are to blame and need imme correction

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

A1c of 11 is way too high. I am sure your sores are due to your poorly controlled blood glucose and I would strongly recommend adequate correction of your blood glucose profile ma'am.

The high blood glucose levels can cause some serious damage to multiple organ systems like your blood vessels, vision, kidneys, etc. Please do not neglect your health and speak to your doctor about a serious revision of your blood glucose profile and much better control.

Please also make a few dietary and lifestyle changes like exercise for at least 30 minutes to an hour per day, weight loss if your are overweight or obese, reduced consumption of carbohydrates, sugar, etc.

I am really worried about you ma'am, please do keep me updated and schedule a doctors appointment at the earliest. Please also do not hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
