Brief Answer:
How often do you have these sores?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rash that you have mentioned. The fact that shaving makes it to go away makes me think that allow the beards to grow long provide favorable conditions for germ growth and infection. If this always happens, then I think it would be best to always prevent by keeping the hairs low.

For now, seeing a physician would not be the smartest decision. try using the measures you have identified to resolve the sores for now. Should they fail, then I will suggest that you see your primary care physician for evaluation and appropriate treatment.

For now, no need seeing a doctor. Continue keeping the hairs low to prevent even breakouts.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
