Question: My 12 year old son complained of right testical soreness yesterday and today it's his left testical. No severe pain.

In general, Testicular pain has to be taken seriously. Having pain on alternating sides is very unusual and typically not alarming. However, I recommend keeping a very close eye on him. If the pain worsens, or it localized and stays on one side, contact your doctor immediately.
