Question: HI MY WIFE HAD ALMOST 1 PERFECTLY ROUND SORE ON HER OUTER LEFT LEG.
IT IS SLIGHTLY RAISED NO BLISTERING SWELLING. IT IS REDDISH PINK IN TJE MIDDLE AND CLEAR FLUID SEEPS OUT, THE FLUID ONLY SEEPS IN LIMITED AREAS AND NOT MUCH FLUID SEEPS OR ODEMA OF THE LEFT LEG.
IT IS LOCATED 4 INCHS ABOVE THE ANKLE BONE SLIGHTLY RAISED NO BLISTERING SWELLING OR OEDEMA OF THE FOOT OR ANKLE.
IT HAS BEEN THERE ABOUT 5 DAYS, WITH NO NOTED SEQUELA.
SHE HAS FAIR SKIN, RED HAIR AND PREVIOU SKIN CANCERS BURNT OFF IN DOCTORS SURGERY. WITH AN OVERLAP BETWEEN THE TWO EVENTS.

site was dry itchy and slightly raised.it was like this for a day before it turned into a sore.three children last baby 11years ago.some stress at work but nothing major

I would suggest you the following way out to deal with it,so as to achieve early regression-
1-Check up with Color Doppler study of the left and right leg.
Venous Stockings during the working hours
Calf Exercises with Venous Stoking on.
Leg Elevation or Head Low position for sleeping hours
Padded dressing with siloderm cream x 1 week for anti-itching action
Avoid steroid creams as it may increase infection.
Tab Zincovit 1 x 10 days.
Consult Dermatologist if need be with advise from GP doctor.
This would regress the Weeping Sore over next 10 days time.
2-IF with the above conservative treatment fails,
in that case,You may need Consults from Vascular surgeon to reassess your case.In that case after assessment of the causes in your case, your Vascular surgeon would treat with Medicines and if no relief, EVLT is the option which you have to get fast relief from this weeping sore on left leg.
All this suggestion plan is to educate you to deal with your health issue of Weeping Sore,which may need these steps to regress it.
