Brief Answer:
Needs antibiotic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Sore throat, difficulty in swallowing, stuffy nose - all these symptoms are suggestive of an upper respiratory tract infection(pharyngo-tonsillitis+sinusitis) on the right side.

This can be treated with antibiotics and decongestants for a few days.
For such cases,I usually gives antibiotics like azithromycin or amoxicillin+clavulonate along with antihistamines like levocetirezine for 5- 7 days.Your doctor will guide you.

Meanwhile, you can continue ibuprofen for pain relief. Also,do frequent warm saline gargles.Avoid cold drinks/items.Avoid cold/dusty atmosphere.Steam inhalation will help relieving sinus congestion.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.
