Brief Answer:
You are most probably having allergic PND with chronic laryngitis .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having allergic post nasal discharge (PND) with chronic laryngitis .

Dry cough is a side effect of lisinopril in some patients. Kindly consult your doctor .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
consult ENT specialist & do investigation like endoscopy of throat with larynx .
It will also rule out any cancer possibility .

Till then use ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray or nasal rinse thrice daily ,
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like chlorhexidine &
anti allergy steroid nasal spray .

Continue antibiotic & predisone .

You will get relief .

It is less likely to be cancer .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
