Brief Answer:
Sounds like viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
the symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a viral fever.

I think following steps should help you.

The cough preceded by hoarseness suggests that there is an ongoing laryngopharyngitis, typically caused by viral infection usually. The fever will happen due to the infection. Loss of appetite is a part of the illness. This reduces your fluid intake causing weakness and bodyache.

I suggest taking steam inhalation 4-6 times a day.
Warm saline gargles 4-5 times a day may also help the throat.
Take plenty of warm fluids. Target at least 4-5 litres.
Paracetamol may be taken sos for fever or bodyache and weakness.
Antibiotics, if needed may be suggested at a later date.

Best of luck
