Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Sore throat and cough is a common sequelae of upper GI ensoscopy and can be bothersome sometimes but benign and self resolving. All it needs is supportive care and resting voice. Salt water gargles. Warm comforting beverages like herbal or green tea mixed with honey will work.
Azithromycin wasnt even needed. But now tha you started complete the dose for 3 to 4 days minimum. Take some advil for the inflammation.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
