Brief Answer:
nipcare cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello, sore breast is a very common problem in breast feeding females.
Keep expressing milk from them and wear loose cotton soft and clean bra.
Apply nipcare cream on it twice a day and during the day time apply expressed milk over the nipple to avoid repeated infections because milk has anticeptic properties.
All the best.
