Hi XXXX
Welcome
Thanks for preferring HCM

If you can upload a close-up image, it will help to identify the problem accurately. Otherwise it is better to get your throat examined by a local doctor.
Small tear does not require stitching, it will heal with conservative management.
I would suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene, brush twice daily, you can use chlorhexidine mouth wash also.
You can apply a local analgesic or anesthetic gel with a clean hand which is available over the counter. Just ask for mouth ulcer gel.
Take a multivitamin medication like zincovit in consultation with your doctor.
It goes without saying that you must avoid any spicy and oily and high flavored food, also avoid alcohol and smoking if you do.
Wait for week or so and if the ulcer persists then you must consult an ENT specialist.
Hope this helps
Take care
