Suggest Treatment For Small Pink Patch On The Penis Shaft

Question: I have a small pink/light red area (3 mm by 1 mm) on the shaft of my penis near the head. I've had it for 11 days now. I noticed it after masturbation and oral sex from my gf. I've tried various AF creams and hydrocortizone. Nothing seems to help. Three days ago some skin flaked off from it. It doesn't burn, doesn't itch and it never blistered. I have an appointment with my doctor on Friday. Any ideas what it could be?

Probably it was formed due to trauma during oral.
Try an antibacterial cream like mupirocine to be applied thrice daily for a week.

I used the cream for a week like you said but I still have it.
My gf and I have a very healthy sex life and well it's been difficult to refrain from that. Is there anything else that I can try? It doesn't look any different from the pictures I submitted earlier.
